Great 12 miles run to work in the snow this morning. Landy king of the road. All those stupid little hatchbacks pootering along.

Received a very light dusting overnight :)

'Bout the same here in Suffolk. Not staying though. Good job too, as I still haven't changed my chassis. I was dreading having great banks of snow, and having to sit there SORNed.

Norra lot in Norfolk either. Been a few flakes, odd flurry. Certainly nothing on the ground, and it has warmed up a bit over night, forecast is for improvement, no frosts on the 10 day forecast at all now.

Why would you stay in, or off the road, because of a little snow? In Canada, it is quite common to get 2 feet of level snow in a night, and temps down to -30. Everyone just goes about their usual business, no worries if you have antifreeze up, heated garage, or engine preheater! :)

How will you ever cope ????

Honestly, I don't know. I mean, here I am, sipping my morning coffee (Filter, of course), and going to collect the paper and doing the usual groceries run has to be done, but walking? In that?! Stuff that for a game of soldiers. Guess I'm going to have to rough it again, and drive down there. Gawd, what a chore ;)

Edit - also, it's snowing again. So much for the weather forecast.

Turbo, who let you out of Cornwall:D. I wasn't staying in to avoid the snow, but my 90 is definitely out of action for the moment. The mad axeman at the last MOT decided it was a hazard, once he had punched the chassis full of holes:mad: So I really want to take her out in the snow, so it would be typical if tons fell while I couldn't drive. And I grew up in Winnipeg, so 2ft is just a dusting. Drop me a PM if you're anywhere near Sudbury.

Broken out some time ago, just tidying up a few things, and I will be on permanent release! :) And I will be living up this way, so I will definitely message, and come and visit you, unlees you have the sense to move before then! :D I assume that isnt Sudbury, Ontario? I wasnt planning on going quite that far, although I have been there before! :)

Winnipeg is pretty hardcore, yes, even colder and more snow than Ontario! Not been there, but some of my relis used to operate right up in NWT. That is grim climate, and there is very little fertile soil either!

Real shame to hear about yer Ninety, I was unaware of those issues. Hope yu get it sorted, try and look on the bright side, it may be missing out on the snow, but at least it is missing out on the road salt as well!
