I think the defender 300tdi turbo is a Garrett T250-04 having done a bit of research. But I have had a few beers. :-)

If you do an ebay search for Turbocharger Actuator Wastegate Circlip E Clip. You will find several types for around £2.50. Hope this helps. :-)
