If you don't get it in Mitch get a Bump start and bring the new one. Plenty people to help fit it over the weekend.

Just to be sure that people are aware. We have a had an issue with seating and tables with the organisers so we need people to bring their own chairs as a minimum. We are trying to get as many tables as possible but any extras will help massively.

Cash is a bit of a no no really but it will be sorted one way or another. Worst case I can buy a ticket from my phone for you then, pick up the cash that you accidentally drop into my pocket ;D

Ideally tickets should be printed and brought along, I think I've saved most of the confirmation emails as they have come in and I can pull them off Paypal if needed. The obvious hic-up there though is that not many people have the same username as Paypal name so were not quite sure who's...

That would be great John. I would rather 10 of us struggled to find something to do than 4 of us struggle to get it done.

The Screen is 90" so if we keep it low it could be a perfect Den for the kids! Roy is currently hiding out in the desert somewhere in the Far East but I have the keys for his house so I can steal the projector :D There is going to be a lot of setting up to do on the day so all hands are welcome.
