There is an electric sounding buzzing coming from behind the TV screen on the dash even when I turn ignition off open door shut it lock the car with me sitting in it it keeps going it never seems to stop any ideas?

Got a little flashing light in the row of 3 next to the button to open the screen to get to the tape deck, what are these 3 lights for and why is my middle one flashing??

UPDATE IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR AFTER ALL seen on flea-bay a recon compressor so contaced the guy and he told me to bob round which was lucky as he lives about 7 miles away did some tests using his tester and showed me the recon pump working on his rangy piggy backed to his he then tested mine...
