I found the article on door switches, tested them all out and they are all good. Tested the key on a proper IR RF detector, put new batteries in it, same, good signal.

High resistance from spade terminal to spring terminal inside relay base, take relay out and examine where the relay spades fit into the board, mine was very brittle and smelled of burnt plastic.

I had same last week, took relay board apart and then ordered a used one from ebay as the old one was obviously cooked. It came with a complete set of relays and fuses, all is good again with the blowers.

wammers, I recently purchased a maxsys ms9065 for my other cars, £1800 so can't afford a nanocom at moment. Datatek, I have a IR/RF detector and I have a great signal from the key. Grrrrrr, the indicators do not flash at any time during key turns yet I still get locked out after a few attempts.

I only ever used inverters directly from the slave battery, never through the auxilliary lighter socket. There are some notes as what not to plug ionto the inverter at the bottom of the Ebay advert.

Fitted my 35 12.50 15 COOPER DISCOVERER STT on my Defender 90 with 2" lift. Had to put the wide arches on but all is good so far. Only 1 off road mud bath but ok for me, good on road too as Iv'e given it some stick in a hurry. Just a slight speed wobb;le once but nothing serious.

Great stuff, just ordered one as mine will not work, as in I can't get it anywhere near SWR. I may put it on the famous auction site.
