got a relay that works blower motor right side that's brown burn marks on it is it best to replace with Siemens originals or can I use equivalent cheers

It may well be the fuse box where the relay plugs in that is burnt, common problem. Not all relays are the same, some have a back EMF diode fitted, need to look at RAVE to find out if that is the case for the blower motor relay.

Oh ok cheers data will just order original then there shouldn't be a problem just when u look on google I got a lr specialist and Brit part was about £2 and Siemens £12

I used standard relays for my bloers no issue at all. Plus 1 on checking the fuse box for burning

Will check fuse box tomorrow and get couple of of relays I hope but still think the right blower is shot

Yer thanks seen that vid already will get new relays today and the see I've it works I've not will take it out and have a look at his repair

You may need to squeeze the contacts the relay goes into to ensure a good connection.

Replaced relay blower all good now and the dreaded book symbol gone no leaks from o rings just decide weather it’s worth doing the Audi core replacement at this time

Spoke to soon no power to Hevac at all was running all ok for about 2hrs and nanocom saying cannot connect to ecu help really needed now

High resistance from spade terminal to spring terminal inside relay base, take relay out and examine where the relay spades fit into the board, mine was very brittle and smelled of burnt plastic.
