That's a start lol, can you point me to which relay it is because all mine have been taken off the holder.and there seems to be no order to them, I can't even find the purple/grey wire that comes in from the bonnet on either side of the windscreen.

Nothing to indicate this on the lid and I've checked all those fuses so I'm guessing not, I have found something on the interweb now but that just says its a 40amp fuse but I don't have any 40's.

I've just fitted this mod to my ES so will take her for a run later to get her up to temp, I'm hoping this will solve my power issue when towing up stairs.

I had a similar problem with my Sony unit, make sure you use the head units amp remote (light blue wire) not the aerial remote or the subs will only work when you have the radio on and not the cd. Sony units only give out a voltage on the aerial wire when you have the radio on and not anything...

I haven't even got round to doing mine yet so no way would I offer to fit anyone else's. I need to check prices on adhesive etc but for the fabric and adhesive I would estimate between £80-£100. Once I get time I'm taking mine out and I'll do a step by step guide if anyone wants to see it.

If anyone is interested these are the colours I can get and I can also supply high heat resistant adhesive in aerosol cans.

I could supply the fabric and adhesive for about a third of that, I've got my fabric here just waiting to take out the head lining.

That looks in perfect condition but I've just found out mine is Oxford blue and if a go down the painting option with yours i might as well paint all of mine but Thanks anyway.

Sorry for a possibly stupid question but do the discovery's have traction control linked on all four wheels, I only ask because I had a wrong size tyre fitted to my zafira and it threw the traction control into a frenzy because that wheel was rotating 2 mph faster than the rest and the computer...

Mine was the same on both sides, all I did was plate underneath and put a small bit of filler on top to make it nice and smooth again and then just coated the whole inner wing with a nice shot of hammerite. Should see good for a while.

Not had chance to do mine yet but will post pics as soon as I have. Roof lining fabric is going to cost about £36 and I have a choice of colours from natural/ cream to black but I'll probably go with a grey to match the leather on the seats.
