Cheers for the input agew, appreciated! Can I ask your opinion on the best 110 with a budget of 8k? After reading a few posts i thought 300tdi around 96/97, any serious issues i should look out for on them?

Is it possible to just buy a couple of mini bus seats with seat belt incorporated and fix them in the back of the 90? There are a few transit mini bus seats going on ebay local to me at the minute! Or is it better to fit the mod kit and buy the folding defender seats?

Is that much of a job marmaduke? I had wondered if i could, just fitting one folding seat would do as i only need 3 seats. Problem would be the size of the task as id need to do it asap ready for picking my kids up, fabrication is no problem as i work in an engineering shop just need the expert...

Thanks Jonny, its looking more and more like i need to go for the sensible 110 for the room. I expect a baby seat in the middle would make driving horrendous anyway!
