    I have started stripping down the engine first to make it easier to move as its cast iron and has lots of ancillary gear attached to it.

    It does have rust in places but I will fix it up, my plan is to get the body off and see how the chassis is, if it comes to it i could replace the chassis. The worst rust is on the tailgate but that seems to be common on these.

    Its a hard dash but it has the 200 TDi that is not covered in the Haynes manual, but that doesn't matter as I am going to replace the engine. So as long as the rest is the same thats fine. Thanks Sam

    Hi All, am new to this forum but was on LRO before it shutdown. Anyway so i have a 6.0L Chevy LQ4 V8 and a Auto box that it came with (4L80E i think) that i am looking to put in a Range Rover Classic. I have recently bought a 93 RRC that had been sat for 18 years. Thinking of using a LT230...
