Sorted it the seal in the cover was too big

All by hand all the marks line up take the cover back off all good again the only thing I can think of is I had a the new crack pulley and the is a seal in the front cover

I done the timing belt last night turned it over before putting the cover back on all good but then I put the cover back on it go's really tight to turn over any ideas [emoji45]

Well i started the conversion and it's quite easy to do but I'm putting a manual engine and gearbox together you need the pedals from the manual which just unbolt the black plate it is bolted to comes all complete and just bolts in on the auto body with out any mods at all [emoji3]

And the oil feed for the turbo would be something else to think about

Well I have been offered a auto with a edc engine wich is stuffed (cooked it) really been look after tho and I have 2 manuals but rusty 1 I'm re doing the is to far gone so I thought about making a edc manual

Did you get the manual box working with edc engine? After as I am toying about this my self

I don't know if the pic comes up but if it does then I am running 31/10.5/r15 on mine they do catch when off roading but mine is only about 1-1.5 lift and has no other mods like camel cut which is on the list to do and u need to do bumper stops as well

Try running it with out pipe from intercooler to inlet manifold you may have to give the inlet manifold a bit of a clean but u can see if it's intake side or Engine as someone else said oil on the inlet side will give u the blue smoke also I can't remember but on a coach I was working on a seal...

If it's not there can't test it and when u look on microcat it says nothing about cat

Take it off and down to a scrap metal people and u can land up with £75 for it I've had 2 discos both with cats and both passed smoke test with out them one was a m reg and other is 96 on n going in for test number 3 with out it

Mate of mine had something when we were green laneing and the wire that go's to the main fusebox under the bonnet had broken off lost everything like u have so try that

Take the cover off the back of the tbox and u will be able to see if u have drive out of the gearbox or drop the oil out and u mite see sliver paste drop the sump of it see what's happening sounds like it could be adjustment on the high low I've had it were it jumps out of low

No hardest part is getting the center pin out u need hardened bolt and nut and if lifted then u should fit the spacer as well

Found this website http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk it says 286 bulbs but I had a rover 800 (same type of dash) and if I remember there was also 501s (side light bulbs)
