A bit of groping around the abyss found another fibre lead with the brown plug on the end. Maybe it's the TV module that's missing? Maybe the satnav on this car doesn't need the CD player to go with it?The fibre cables go downwards, not up as I first thought.

In that case it could be the TV module that is missing. That fibre cable seems to go upwards into the roof. The dashboard screen has a selector button for audio/video so that would make sense.

Diesels need a good thrashing to blow the cack out of the DPFs. One of the big problems with bus operators in London is the fact the engines don't get hot enough to clean themselves out.

Ignition switch on the steering lock fails on these, there's a work-round on them if yo do a bit of searching on here. Maybe the key battery? Try that first!

The wire shown in red above is the same bit with a connector each end, it doesn't go any where! The bottom end A goes round to the top end B. Having had a further prod around there's no other loose wires, just the multi-pin and another fibre end. The 2 connectors here are to plug into whatever...

The only experience I had with a Sport was a 2010 model with about 120,000 on the clock. It was almost falling apart as there were so many insecure panels on it. I got shot of it a bit quick! It also had this predictive lane thingy which I found most annoying, glad to get rid of it.
