    Here's a tip if anyone else ends up doing this job! Fit the elbow to the new downpipe with a new gasket before putting it back on, I didn't think about this, refitted the elbow from the top then realised... how the hell am I going to tighten it back up! derp... Timewasted

    Black Bumpers would be cool! I have tried some plastic bumper renovator, but they just go a little darker grey.. and then after a couple of hours, they go back to this light grey! Can't be bothered with painting them :) Need to go look up what an IRD is now.. !

    The original prop was removed due to a failed VCU which in turn ruined the rear diff bushes & ended up breaking the rear diff! so it goes. A new diff was fitted & 2nd hand prop ordered but never got fitted, So i am hoping it will just be a case of bolt up and 4wd!

    It is the 2.0 TD. The studs looked to be pressed in or on some splines? Was considering drilling them out, however, lost patience & for what its worth, I bought the cat / down pipe to replace :)
