Hello all,
I’ve recently acquired a 2004, RR L322, 4.4 V8.
I have been, up until now successfully working my way through a few common issues, which I was aware of when I bought the car.
I think however, this afternoon, I may have dropped an enormous testicular faux pas.
The tachometer was not working, and proven to be faulty through using the instrument built in test function.
I purchased a second unit from eBay, identical part number YAC501220PVA.
I wanted to check that the motor on the new instrument cluster worked, and plugged this unit in.
Nothing was displayed when I plugged the unit in.
Plugging the old one back in, now the car won’t recognise the key, and I can’t turn it to ignition or accessories.
I’ve tried both keys, same issue.
The remote locking still works.
Can anyone advise on the next steps please?

Adrian
