Water in oil will raise the level on the stick, or if driven up to temps will start to show the "mayo" in the oil filler cap. If it was only on number 3 and thats the 1 giving concern maybe something else is going on in that cylinder/head gasket...

YOU NEED TO STICK THE WHOLE THING IN A SAUCEPAN N BOIL THEN TAKE OUT AND POUR THE SAME WATER THROUGH IT

You need to pour the hot watta in the right ole to get it to open 🤔 Although above suggestion will /should open it. J
