Cracked each injector each one had the same stuttering effect. This engine does not has not used oil when the head was off the cylinders were very clean. Not a high use vehicle either always trying to fix something. Assuming timing of which I am looking for in manual.

Injector test I was looking for in shop manual? Each injector has two nuts loosen each with injector loose start motor. Assuming one would stop motor secure injector & go to next one?

I have been looking for the diesel compression test procedure in manual have not done this & need the tool. The tool cost as much as a set of injectors unless there is a kit that is specific size for 2.5 or 200tdi?

I was told by marine mechanic to replace the injectors, you are looking at same. They have been rebuilt twice. Would the injector for 2.5 na vary per engine number? & are Britpart injectors okay? I will do the test & see.

Likely the sender in the tank needs replacement, did in mine 2.5 Na 90.
