I'll try my crystal ball. Somethings coming through, wait, wait, and there it is a Range Rover sport 2012 3.0 litre diesel.
Dare I ask when/what my next issue will be
IMO If you want it that is.
No electrical mod will stop this. The self leveling doesnt use air from the tank, It will only level down the air springs and will only get to the bump stops if it has a leak in 1 or more corners.
There is a leak...
It should not drop to the bump stops every night, mine stay up for 2 weeks or more. Just change the EAS relay to stop self leveling. Whatever you do, it will drop if there is a leak.
Swapping to a standard relay eliminates the self leveling after the key is turned off and you don't have to pull it out every night👍
If your going to repair the real issue in the eas system later on, this is the least invasive temp fix😊
It’s under the passenger seat a long thing you’ll see it when you look. Just pull it out will stop it self levelling.
If you have an auto and the BECM is waking up it will make the light on transmission glow. We’ve all done the sitting inside...
Just swap the EAS relay for a normal relay. It's not the EAS that discharges the battery but the RF receiver amongst other things like the constant 50ma drain from the BECM even when it's asleep. If the EAS is in good condition, it will only...
Very helpful, tomorrow mornings job, by the way nanocom is running as it should, Hope for clear sky's tomorrow, metaphorically as well as weather-wise!
Having serviced it, I have just given my LHD P38 it's bi-annual clean ready for the MOT, bullshyte baffles brains don't you know. I keep the interior and the glass clean but a good coating of grime protects the paint IMO, no road salt here to...
He was but to be fair it has been very entertaining so far.
Just done a 500 mile road trip in mine, mainly A roads, no motorways. Been faultless. I'd forgotten how beautiful the Purbeck Isle / peninsula is. Pity about the beer in Swanage. OK if...
