Whenever you split a braking system you should bleed the complete system. We don't cut corners with brakes👀

Check the Pollen filter covers as said, if the foam has gone flat or has broken up it will let water into the filters and leak down through the heater motor. Pour the water on the front windshield and pull the filters out afterwards. If they are wet then this could point to the filter covers or...

Could you post the link for the glove and cubby box struts please lad, I had replaced mine a few year ago and they both gave up after a year or so 🤯 that was about 6yrs ago😝
