Couldn't tell you personally kiddo. Usually a certain amount of parts being removed will present the solution. If you have to drop the coolant to gain access and make the job easier then that's what your going to have to do matey. 😉 Keep us updated would you as it'll help someone else. 👍

I'd would clean it down with Degreaser, run it while someone turns the wheels and see if it's just the seals on the banjo bolts 👍

Funny you say that about the bedding in process... I did a d4 with new disks pads and shoes. Did the bed in process to the T and it tore the new shoes apart 🙄... After the second set were put in I refrained from doing it again..... It held even still 🤷

Also check the backing plates for handbrake shoes for any signs of distortion 👍

Check the new brake shoes for an Allen bolt, if there is then there is a specific way to adjust the shoes. I'm not sure if your model needs a shoe bedding in process as well🤔

Flow out of range everytime I scan mine☺️ The modulation is a must to set back to 50%👍

My transfer box was the same on rear output. I did the bearing in situ, removed the cross member as well... Put it all back together.... It was still same 🤷 that was 5yr ago and it's still the same and no worse 🤯

There's only one model I think but you will need the correct unlock code for your model 38'. Diesel or petrol and the lead to go with it as there are a couple. 😊
