Update: I discovered the filter is integral to the reservoir, hence the need for replacement in the maintenance manual. Going that route and then plan on flushing with new fluid a few times to remove impurities.

Your accumulator certainly needed replacing if the pump ran on every press of the brake pedal.

Started prepping the LHD P38 for the MOT on the 22nd. Fixed non working passenger side front window switch. Checked oil in front diff. Engine oil and filter to do. Transit is done ready for the MOT on the 12th.

Check for a 12v trigger supply when the button is pressed to start it. Also check the permanent live to the starter 👍

You can put cardboard down so if small drip dries you can still see it. Just make sure it’s coolant marks not cats pi**

The back screws go in first and then put a bar in heave the first screw hole into place or the other way if it suits🤨

That's because they were shrunken with age and holding very little. You'll notice a difference in how it handles now👍
