    Flexi will work for a while, mild steel flex short life span, stainless steel longer life span, but even they stiffen up and then split after time.

    Hi managed to get end of cill lower wheel arch out today, very rusty will make a new piece maybe in two pieces, but can now get to innercill to release and cut out rust so one more cut and it's going back together hopefully Bit more...

    And the answer is...simple. At the foremost inlet port there is a small circular peg: Push the piston in a little to take the spring pressure off it and remove it. Relax the pressure on the piston and it pops out: And its now apart...

    I think std series exhaust might be to small a diameter? Nice pipe, but 234 quid kin hell! I made my own. I had to go up because of pto shaft, early diesel also took their exhaust out the nearside inner wing.

    What the jumper?? 😂 My td5 90 heats up in no time at all, in winter the cab is very toasty! (The hole at the bottom rear edge of my seat box has to be stuffed with a jumper though!!) 😆
