Did a bathroom in my old house, run pipes under floor, all soldered joints etc, It's still going strong 20 years later This isn't my property so I'll have to grin and bear it for the time being, I know what needs doing but all they talk about is...

I done all the plumbing in my house, never done any plumbing before....fitted a new bathroom, moved the toilet, bath & sink fitted a cubical shower with leccy pump. Kitchen All new pipes with Belfast sink. I even used a freeze kit to freeze pipes...

Need a plumber as well to re fit cistern level and line it up with the bowl then maybe it will stop leaking, not hard is it ??

O come on its a bloody door, one of the first things that an apprentice joiner is taught is how to hang a door. There is no way these peeps are joiners now its really getting on my goat. :mad::mad:

Evenin Joiner called today to look at fixing my creaking hinges and sawn off door. He had a look and decided that the door was ruined, he said he should be back as early as next week with another new door :(

Did two jobs in one go this morning. Parked my (number 3 best brit car ever) on the grass and gave it a wash. So the grass got a wash too.

Arf way frew fitting me harvester. Moved the hole fing across by 6 foot. Fitted the first meter ov down pipe. Dropped me harvester and spirit level oft me scaf tower. They be ok. More later. Lorra sand in me gutter. And moss on the edge ov me tiles.

Ha, it's leaking from the cistern outlet pipe and running down the outside of the pipe and onto the bowl. Something to do with the cistern not being in line with the bowl and the pipe being on an angle on two planes I would say. Cistern not level...

You sure it int yer aim at fault?

My guess is the filter is beginning to clogg. I'd replace the reservoir and give it a fluid change with correct high quality fluid.
