I ain't no expert but have done loads of domestic elecs for myself. Assuming 2 days for a spark and a mate, £1000 should more than cover the labour. Add say another £1000 for materials and profit. Total 2 grand.

They should just activate when you engage reverse. Button just under the screen on the dash to turn off/on
