cylinders 1 and 2 share a port as do 3 and 4 so it doesn't make sense
If two and three are black then I can't think of a cure off hand
Maybe a plug problem, clean em off and swap them around see what happens
Still working through my (getting shorter) list of family and mates who want a ride in the 101. My nephew called in this morning. I was pre-warned so was checking the tyre pressures on it and the BM. The back two go down a few psi over a couple...
Are you using the chassis or reg number to find the part?
You will need to get that front pulley off.
(Allen key in middle & ring spanner, spanner may need a shock knock to start with)
Well that is the last of the ABS saga at least for a while!
New CV & Shaft. Lights came back... 🤷♂️

Funny how the sensor lasted a year to the day! But its a 2 year warranty so will be going back to Island4x4 for a...
I’ve done the front pillars. You need to drill out the spot welds to get the old part off. Replacements are available from YRM. They recommend installing these using structural adhesive, obviously as most of us don’t have access to an aluminum...

Honestly I don't think this one leaks at all! I know its practically unheard of with any Land Rover, never mind one that's almost 40!

Update for anyone interested:
So I worked out with some testing with a new temp sender (PRC2505) and taking the gauge out to test separately that there was an earthing issue with the gauge. Connected up on my bench to a power supply and the...

Straight metal joiners for pipes

It's more likely to be that the swivel ball will be damaged (worn, pitted etc) which in turn wears the seal.
To get everything back to 100% i'd reccommend that you change the whole lot, bearings, seals everything.
If you have any sort of lift...
