Check the drive belt and the roller guides.

If this had happened a week ago I could have got a rebuild kit stuck it in my bag and popped it in the post as I arrived in Rome this afternoon .

The manual transmission uses the connections at the bottom of the rad as they are a water to oil cooler that is in the rad, they just sell one that fits both type of gearbox.

With the boiling over you need to make sure the viscous fan is working properly it should roar like a tank on start up then go quiet and roar again when it gets up to temp just because its tuning does not mean its working properly, normal test is to get it well up to temp and try and stop the...
