Snap on doesn't work with the p38 you need to go old school
-
It has no centre prop because the vcu is nackerd, the engine is nackerd etc etc as said buy a working car and save your self the expense and grief. Not a killjoy just a reality check.
If you come onto a forum asking for help and advice you won't always like the advice given take it on the chin...

So you want to convert an off road capable car into an off road capable car...... :vb-groan:
-
I honestly don't understand why you want all terrains fitted in 22 inch. Your best bet are 20 inch you have much more choice to choose from iv got wildpeaks fitted to my l320 sc.

The noise from the epb just meant it needed adjusting/cleaning .
You can view this and how to re latch and if needed rebuild it you look at LRTIME on the tube they have proberly the best how to guide on there.
A new genuin epb module last time I looked was about £650ish plus all the other parts...

It's a D4 you can re latch them but you need to remove the epb module to do it. You can also repair them.
The fuel gauge could be a number of things the sender units do fail. If it reads empty it usually goes into safe mode and stops the engine from firing to protect the hpfp.
Just because...

As mentioned no battery set up on the 2005 car but 40 days without use will kill it stone dead. You mite get away with 3 weeks even then special programmes will be off until it reached full charge.
Disconnect the battery next time and lock it with your 🔑

Just locking it at the crank is not enough for this engine I suggest you look at LRTIME on the tube for more info about correct timing on this engine.
The main concern is how and why the timing jumped. I'm afraid that sort of failure usually ends in terminal engine failure. Scrap car.
