Right, lets update you all with this. It was the head gasket blowing through the pushrod channel hens breathing like a train! Changed head gasket. All went well until i started her missing like a b**ch now , only thing i can think of is an injector might have gone down. Im going to do the valve...

Yep, fixed the other manifold, fitted it back on amd still the same! Head off time i think . Must have been one hell of a coincidence.

Hi steve, i changed it because the exhaust bolts snapped when i was changing the exaust and i thought it would have been quicker to change the whole manifold rather than take it off to change the studs. And it was a second hand one a mate had.

Door cards will probably have a couple of screws in the bottom and will have screws through the handle and then just un-pop the card bit by bit sharply, or as discool said use a fflat blade or the proper tool. Then, the card unhooks as such from the top, good luck and hope I helped.
