    The other thing worth looking at is the connections where the vapouriser has been spliced in depending where they are - and usually by the flow and return to the heater matrix if the wrong size pipe is used you can get an airlock in the heater matrix so make sure there is no air in the system

    It could be variable voltage at the clutch it works from my memory on magnetic flux as it wears the gap between the disc and the pulley gets bigger and there is a fix of additional wiring and a relay or take it to bits and shim it
