Disco 2 rear calipers. How easy to change?

Not sure if we're able to comment on the state of your nipples!!! However, I used a full hex socket with one of those sliding T bars to gently apply pressure and ensure the pressure wasn't off centre. Did the trick on mine.

Disco 2 rear calipers. How easy to change?

I did the passenger rear one last year. Clamped the flexi pipe and then made sure the brake line would undo from the old caliper (got new banjo bolt in case it didn't) but left it on. Removed old caliper and hung it out of the way. Put new one on and then swopped the line over removed clamp and...

Fair point! Dot4 of a reputable make for the fluid.

Disco 2 rear calipers. How easy to change?

I'd suggest new pads as well on both sides.

    Another sunroof question

One of mine had done this. I found a pen which was a perfect fit in the spout so I cut a short length off and glued it inside the spout to help reinforce the joint.

Other Paint D3 windscreen scuttle panel

Can't hurt to very lightly wipe over with some fine grade wet'n'dry as rattle cans rarely give a smooth finish (just try running your fingertips over the surface to try it) but I'd be very careful not to go through the layer. May not hurt to wipe over with a small bit of meths after rubbing over...

This help? It may be a case of the primer will stick better on certain plastics if you use the adhesion promoter. https://hycote.co.uk/product/adhesion-promoter/ WHERE TO USE On rigid, non-porous plastics, including Melamine and Phenol Formaldehydes, rigid [unplasticised] PVC, laminates, and...

    Disco 2 LED Headlights

Avoid cheap ones is the advice I seem to pick up from reading about led bulbs. I'd consider a good quality LED lightbar and snowplough blade.

    Disco 2 Fuel pressure regulator

I knew mine was leaking by the diesel dripping onto the floor. Went from small drops on the floor to an obvious puddle quite quickly. If it is leaking the starter motor is in the way of the drips.

    Blocks or Springs?..

Airbags will still give a bit more rear lift if you need it though.

    Disco 2 Fuel pressure regulator

+ for genuine part. Cannot recall if the crush gasket comes with it but a genuine one is only about £3 anyway and cannot be reused. Don't forget to replace the O ring between the FPR and the head part number ERR6761. Clean out the mesh filter behind it, be careful though as they are eye...

D2 automatic not shifting up (solved)

Try disconnecting the MAF sensor and take it for a short run. I've just had to replace mine, cleaning didn't work, unplugging it made it better so a new genuine one went on and sorted it. Check the wastegate can move freely. Have you checked the level and condition of the ATF in the gearbox?

    Disco 2 air suspension

Raise the suspension up and spray a dilute soap solution over the bags. Any leak will give tell tale bubbles. When one of mine started leaking it got covered up by the overlap on some days and gave the impression it had cured itself. New bags (get genuine Conti or Dunlop) and it's a very easy...
