Hello all and Happy new year! Key snapped off in fuel cap this morning and running low on doozal! Have searched similiar threads but to no avail.. Before I just get angry and destroy the thing....anybody had expirence in drilling out the barrel or snapping it off? dont want anything to drop...

Well, all sorted now and fitted....biggest pain was gettting the PAS/Crank belt on and off with limited tools in a car park....! Guys, please look at my post in the defender 90 110 forum where I have posed a question re my belt set up.....Beasty you set me off ;) as your description above is not my set up....

I am confused after searching whether my 200tdi (defender version) has the right belts....I have posted in the General Land Rover section recently by current situaton. i.e. broken belt to alternator, crank, water pump....long belt....and the other belt is crank to PAS....short belt! However...

My ignorance shows again MHM, I do not require the LZIR as I caught a taxi....am thinking the belt must be in stock in local Land rover stealer so will use the wifes car tomorrow to go and fetch one Thanks for the thought however. I just need to search LZ on the procedure to fit the damn thing...

Mine slightly different l. Long belt to pas and alternator and is long. Short belt has only PAS. Can I do 10 miles without water pump?
