Fit the plunger into the cartridge and push the cartridge down into the grease gun with the plastic cap on the top. The plunger will hold it down. Then take the cap off and screw the top on. Lastly push the plunger lever up.
The galvanised chassis soon loses its shine and goes dull and chalky. Still looks good though and well worth the trouble of fitting new over old and patched. Option of new is gone if you cannot afford one, then patching will be the way to go.
Dont know about the td5 but just done a little mesh filter on the mazda bongo that would not go above 2500rpm and all sorted now. It just needed cleaned.
Looks like rear axle has been painted recently.
Would love to see door bottoms, usually pretty bad but you never know.
Would have thought dealer would know to show better photos and not just the clean shiney bits unless.........
I have both, cant tell the difference in driving. Would go for the 300tdi as 200tdi parts are getting harder to find and cost more. 300tdi is the best land rover engine ever, in my opinion.
