Got a bit more done, slowly coming together. Rear floor in and tidied up the winch.

Making the brackets was the easy part, the angled ends to blend with the wheel arches took a bit of fettling

Hi flat, they have the normal tab onto the bulkhead outriggers fixing point (front end). For the rear end i didnt have any tube to fit the rear tub outriggers so instead i made a L-shape bracket that fits onto same mounting point as your rear tub / seat belt bit. Hope that makes sense!

Finally got my homemade rock sliders on :)

I've been working on my headlining over the last few nights. It was all out of shape, torn and the fabric was hanging off. It was in a fair old state to say the least but i was determined to save it, some fibreglass and mdf later i got the structure sorted. I bought some of the stretch...

Cheers guys! The wheels are a mf charcoal with some black added. Rush is on to get it road worthy for november. Its a pain in the ass as i cant fit it in my garage so most work is done outside and with the nights drawing in :(

Good to put it to use rather than crush them... Not often you see landies in persley, a few freelanders and thats about it. Still trying to find breakers locally, but they seam to be few and far between

Had a productive weekend, got the doors on, seats mounted and started making up some rock sliders out of some box section i had :)

Hi, i needed to remove the outer and inner sills and tilt the bulkhead into the cab to clear it. You may not need to completely remove the sills and loosen them enough to clear it.

i like the no nonsense approach taking the body off the chassis!

Hi, the tyres are 16 x ??? x 285! I've adjusted the steering stops to prevent the tyres rubbing on the radius arms lol

cheers, mine is a 1992 K-reg. My bulkhead had been patched over the painted :( They didnt bother cutting out the rust tho, so on the outside it looked fine but once you started poking about it just got worse.
