Hey folks, thought i would start a wee thread for my 200tdi 90. I bought it back in april and since then i've been tinkering a fair bit with it. First major job was the bulkhead replacement



I did start to patch it but it was to far gone.





Sourced an early td5 bulkhead, the upper section was in good condition only requiring the floor pans and feet to be replaced.

Panels and feet welded in.



Seam sealed, primed, stone chipped

Decided to clean up the wings and grill while i was at it

Seat box / battery box work repairs / paint

Didnt bother rubbing down the boxes as they'll end up cover with mats etc.

Hi, the tyres are 16 x ??? x 285! I've adjusted the steering stops to prevent the tyres rubbing on the radius arms lol

Had a productive weekend, got the doors on, seats mounted and started making up some rock sliders out of some box section i had
