i would be thinking turbo seals over the rings ,does it blow blue smoke when you rev it hard?

can totally reiterate bankz sentiments,lots of cheap bearings about ,only use Timken,i found this out quite quickly into defender ownership :(

no was thinking fooked fork,if no fluid then slave or masters shagged

normally when the fork punches through pedal goes down and stays down

could just be rubbish quality,not hard to change though

yes and yes,not showing any continuity through the bulb on the multi meter

using this exact set up i now have a working low water sensor:)i fused the ignition supply at 5 amps,i still need to tidy the wiring and the led i bought for the lamp was faulty FFS,:(,anyway i borrowed the spare 24v bulb instead as a temp measure

sounds like head gaskets going,or lumps very worn,would consider sorting the head gasket first

mine went faulty,ohms resistance was all over the place, i can measure my new one from cold tomorrow if it helps
