using this exact set up i now have a working low water sensor

i fused the ignition supply at 5 amps,i still need to tidy the wiring and the led i bought for the lamp was faulty FFS,

,anyway i borrowed the spare 24v bulb instead as a temp measure

yes and yes,not showing any continuity through the bulb on the multi meter

It's not a bulb. It's a diode and won't show continuity in one direction.
