My results are very similar to Hippo and Chris2000... Original VCU on 2005 TD4 with 80000 miles. Ambient temp 24 degrees. 1.2m aluminium bar. 10kg - 12sec 8kg - 16sec 6kg - 30sec We need some results from a bad vcu. :eek:

I can only find 2 plastic pegs (hex bolt) at the top. Surely there must be something more than a plastic peg at the top???

Can anyone enlighten me as to where the main mounting points are for a TD4 (facelift) radiator? I've looked on Rave, but the graphics are unclear to me. If I reach down behind the radiator (the side with the fans) and shake it, there is no movement at the bottom, but if I shake it near the top...

Adjusted bolt with slot hole, adjusted rubber buffers, and now looks great. I did notice that the radiator has quite a lot of wobble in it. Hope this is normal??
