From what I remember (but it was about 10 years ago) I think we got 3 hours to strip skin and build the door (not including paint) this is an average as thatcham gave different times for different cars. So it depends on what the garage charges per hour which varies massively

Hammer and dolly. I did quite a lot of door skins when I was a panel beater and its just a case of taking your time and folding the lip over in stages so you don't get a 50p effect on the edges

If your wiper wheel boxes have seized up (which mine did) it causes the motor to struggle and can blow fuses. I went belt and braces and bought new genuine wheel boxes and motor for about £150 from the dealer and it was the best money I've spent on my motor yet!!! The wipers now clear the screen...

If you pump the accelerator that starts a fuel purge routine and the light on the dash should flash. If that sorts it for a while your injector seals may be on there way out which is a relitively cheap fix. Mine went earlier this year which just caused my 110 to cut out completely but no limp mode.

The leak could be the pressure regulator and if there was oil at the ecu plug I'd definitely change the injector loom (about £60 for a genuine one) it sounds like these need changing anyway so if it cures it bonus but if not at least it rules them out.
