remember that insert on the rear mount is adjustable so you dont strain the casing,it might need a light tap with a hammer dont rely on it moving buy its self

If it was me Id go for keeping the bolts well lubed up so it can be removed when you need to
Then its up to you if you think its a pain in the arse to remove or not
is that one of the mounting holes or the hole for the adjuster bar
If its the adjuster hole is there enough alloy left to drill another hole for now
