Hi my rear mud flap has come off on the wing side seems to have taken a piece of rear wing with it what is the best way to fix this
Thanks 32tone

Hi and welcome to the forum, might be a idea to go to the introduce yourself section first though and tell us a bit about yourself:) might get a better response then. Also give more detail on the damage, may
Be a few pics, everyone likes pics lol ;)

Hi I have posted on the introduction page did not get as warmer welcome as I'd hoped
My defender is 110 2.4 tdci
The mud flap has ripped away some of the under side of the wing where the mud flap bolts on now there is no where to fix to
Could I rivet a plate on to the underside of the wing then re-fix mud flap to the plate if so what would be the best material to use galvanized steel ???
Kind regards

Lol we can be a bit harsh if you don't do a introduction ie age location interests & hobbies lol it don't have to be much;)
Can you not reweld it back on?

I can't even get more than one photo on at once lol
It seems very weak would it not just happen again if it was welded ????

Why don't you cut a bigger section out then weld in a replacement for added strength? Hard to see with the pictures supplied:)

Thank you that link has thrown up exactly the parts I need
