Thats worth a try if nothing else the 300 injectors are allmost half the price to the 200 ones. But i would have thought some one would have all ready had a go at it. Let us know how you get on.P.S Try United Diesel for injectors the are up north near you some place.

Had lots of malfunction of electrics on my Def 200 tdi some of those you mentioned to.To start with i put it down to it been a well used ex camel T truck but the ultimate solution was to run a good clean earth wire from the bulkhead to the chassis and be done with.I am no electrician mind but...

I don't think is the same as the 300 tdi but may be same as the 2.5 turbo pre tdi model.

Try [United diesel] a shop dealing on exchange bassis for diesel injcectors.I had mine sent down from them for my 200tdi good prompt service to. The are on the web.

It should just pull out. Got mine out with the help of WD and potating/pulling at the same time on gas pliers with plastic jaws

My camel has helper sprigs on its rear it dont half buck round though on lanes when unloaded it also has 130 rims on it so you may have to think its cheaper to buy a trailer

It may have a brand new 4.6 but what is the cond, of your injectors.E.G spray patern ok? if they drip they could foul your s.plugs.Do you have the smell of unburned petrol of your tail pipe?

Air flow meter ok? Or how about have look at the lamda sensor on your exh down pipe.

Yea redhand could be right there times are hard no cash wach out for dodgy garages .Also take a good look for any split Intercooler hoses

Mine had the same noise [whine] you discribe it turned out to be the bearings were pited on the input gear of the trany box.Easy to repair. Thats on a200tdi def; but tranys are more or les the same I think.

Single wire round switch by the oil filter. it is on 200tdi anyways.
