    I certainly agree R.e. the open diffs. Hence my 130 is fitted with a rear locker and is soon to be fitted with an Ashcroft ATB in the front. The G-Wagen has got it right though: rear, centre and front differential locks from the factory! :clap2:

    Not particularly, but the majority will choose to take the engine out over the box. I personally find it quicker and less fiddly. Particularly if you don't have access to a ramp.

    Even if you look at it in that (misguided) way, it's still twice as many wheels driven and twice as much traction as with a two wheel drive vehicle. Not sure what you're getting at?

    It depends entirely on how it has been set up, but I would hope to see about a 20bhp increase with mild tuning, an uprated IC and a VNT. Probably around the 130bhp mark would be expected. It should pull through the gears and happily sit at 70+ up hill and down dale I'd have thought.

    X Defend Pedal Lock fitted (with Pics!)

    Awesome item, had one on my last 110 and will be fitting one to my current 130 when it's on the road. By far the quickest pedal lock to use once installed, and probably one of if not the most secure. :clap2:

    It will be nice to have 150hp 'out of the box', but yours will be exactly the same just with a milder tune on the pump I think :) My power target is more conservative than some others, I want a 100% reliable 200bhp (which should equate to about 450 ft/lb torque) which will be more than enough...

    Yes I'll be starting a build thread in the near future :) I've recently got hold of my engine, a 150hp intercooled version with the VE pump. The gearbox/transfer box are sorted already and mated together so it's just a case of 'dropping it in' :D
