I haven't done much on the motor over Xmass, I did find that there wasn't a crank signal which I traced too a faulty sensor which turned out to be cracked and corroded inside. I purchased a new sensor, however it still won't start. I think I need a week off to get topside this megasquirt thing...

Thanks for that. I have enjoyed building it, the Megasquirt has been as steep learning curve and a PITA at times though. I don't know what I will do next in the workshop, A mate wants a custom bike frame building but that won't take long.

The engine cover is also finished. I started too configure the engine ECU today but my comms lead which is a RS232 to usb won't work as I can't install the driver that came with it, I have a straight through DB9 which works on the house PC but I don't have a DB9 on my laptop.

The rear cover is finished with rubber trim around the edge and spring retaining clips fitted, also rear lights are fitted though still waithin on some water proof relays for the lights.

The car is now all piped up (except engine breathers), the PAS pipes are done and the hand brake pipes are made and fitted.

I have fabricated a throttle pedal and connected two cables And it all works smoothly, I did have to move the pedal pivot point a couple of times before it felt right and adjust the ratio to get the travel right.
