Data such as the MAF values is in RAVE. Look under the relevant engine management section for your engine type in RAVE and read the description.

Calibrated it and made sure the tyre pressures were 100% and theres a definite improvement in the ride.

Mine does idle at 700 nicely but when put into drive/reverse it drops to around 600 and stays there with no moving around. Is that normal?

It's worked fine for me (and I imagine those that have actually followed it correctly) for ages now. I use it pretty much every day with no adverse affects.

The pulsing is due to the airbag light having two bulbs in case one breaks. It should be pulsing constantly so that's something you should have a look at.
