Have you had it sniff tested? AFAIK it checks for burnt combustion gasses in the coolant, it might confirm the HG problem.

What's wrong with the rear wiper? When mine packed up it was the motor in the tail gate.

My drivers side window has just started doing the same thing. The motor doesn't stop when it gets to the end of the crescent shaped cog which then goes too far past the small cog on the motor to be able to raise the window again. I've searched on here and YouTube, is there a fix for this or...

Opened the drivers side window, heard a clunk, couldn't shut it again! Storm on the way, stripped the door card and window mechanism in a field, managed to get the motor to operate again and the window to shut just before the rain! Daren't open the window as it might not shut again. Off to look...
