Personally i would go for one that hasn't been messed with so much and do it up yourself

The basic advice is the bigger the reservoir/ tank , the less the motor has to run. I have a 100L 3Hp from Machine mart that does all of my landy jobs no problem.

I met a chap today who works on the Evoque production line today, he was convinced that the new defender (dread to think) is going to be made in india. I have a horrible feeling its going to be a variation on the current theme. What's wrong with a few straight lines?
Why bother researching the hundreds of conversion threads on the exact same subject when you can just throw it all together and hope it works?
Keep the series box and fit an overdrive if you need a 5th gear, saves an awful amount of work.
If VOSA pulled that in it would get seized and scrapped unless you had every scrap of evidence, and it would be your case to prove. I would like to see what the insurance companies made of it as well....
