Bonne après-midi,;)
Thats a good sign, maybe something just settling back in.
I would have been too worried to turn the key a second time as you did :D

Let her warm up and see what she's like without load :)

Morning! The engine sounds exactly the same as before, apart from its scary fit!! It's around 204,000mls.;)
I'm going to have it running again this afternoon and see if everything is ok before I put it back on the road for the weekend.
Air in one of the injector lines, checked the leak off pipes lately?

Good pointer, but All the leak pipes were new last year and there isnt a drop of anything to be seen. Not even anti freeze now:D. All the testing went great this afternoon and the fan mod along with the bigger fan goes really well. The fans now shut off in less than a minute:cool:
Excellent mod Keith;).
Managed to break into the fan plugs and introduce the relay feed wires into the spades and solder them together. I then got the rubber seal back into the back of the fan plug and seal it up with a bit of silicon gasket sealer. Took for a run down the motorway to warm everything through and charge the battery fully. Absolutely happy:D.

I would check your leak off pipes Mark, I'm lucky to get them to last a month.:D

You could run for hours and the battery still wouldn't be fully charged:( Get yourself a smart charger from Lidl €18:D
