Dave has been at Neils again today, for the wiring doing

I'm sure Neil and Sarah will be on later with the pics, but you have never seen such a mess :rolleyes: Neil kept finding random wires and connectors which weren't connected to anything at all :confused::confused:

Poor Neil has spent all day getting the lights and indicators working. The good news is, they are all working now, even the reversing light which was not even connected before :D:D:D

Sarah has spent all day hitting a lump of metal with a hammer :der::D:D:D

Sounds familiar....cut the whole of the loom out at the back of Florence and rewired to make some sense of the rear lights.....got dozens of wires in the cab that run off all over the place and do nothing

LOL, but some of them in Dave were really not connected to anything. Just completely loose bundles of wires stuffed inside stuff :der::confused:

Of course :D

Dave is going on the Wales trip in 3 weeks.

Just hope Neil has time to fix the other problems, one of which is poor Sarah has no heater at all :eek:

I has no heater in mine :p thats what thermals and big coats were made for :D

Florence got a working heater today :D Though I had to borrow a live that was floating around in the dash not doing anything much apart from sparking on things from time to time  No idea what it's supposed to do.....I imagine I'll find that out at some point later

Hey Sue I seem to remember you having a good go with that hammer too....and stubbornness did pay off as I got it moving, after the slightly hysterical grease gun debacle:D:D:D I just need bolts and a backing plate now:confused:

I also fitted my steering guard:p

As for random wiring the only thing I could help Neil with was listing how many colour combinations of wires were leading to the rear right hand lights:eek:
