Degreaced and cleaned - Flywheel housing, Flywheel and Timing cover.

Fitted new spiggot bush and front crank seal.

I fitted my front number plate back on. It's only been off for about 6 months.:D

went over and took a punctured rear wheel off the old 90
son-in-law took it out shooting last night fook off big hawthorne thorne in the thing !FFS!!
bloody farmer had cut all the hedges this week

Changed coolant temp sender, finally got a working temp gauge. Massive job i know:D

Still barely getting to 1/4 on the gauge. Am thinking thermostat stuck open, top hose always hot bottom hose cold.

Got a call off a mate of mine to tell me he's got a V8 disco in his yard with a heavy duty 2" lift kit fitted. Popped down before work and took it off, one front shock bent in a crash and other front shock needs a new bush as we used a oxy torch to remove it. But £50 including four HD springs and a new 4 way window switch was good enough for me.
Reckon i'll be back for the rear step, and he's got a couple of sets of ES alloys that will probably be mine too.
Non-Land Rover stuff, just bought a T28 turbo with custom manifold for my Astra track car, up to 380bhp from that bad boy! :D

Also forgot a couple of days ago i finally cut my EGR pipe off and welded up the hole, put a new, clean pipe from the intercooler and the inlet manifold. Also took the cooler out and my mate filled it with a couple of litres of thinners, swished it around a bit then lit it, the oil in there burned for nearly an hour!!
Put it back on and its so much better, easily 40% performance improvement and better MPG. Also can really hear the turbo spool up lol.

front floors is probably windscreen leaking. I got half a pint of water on me leg when I got in the disco this morning. Funny thing is. All the time I owned the 90 I never got a wet knee once..

My 110 leaks like a ****in collonder and me roof rack is chequerplated, my dash leak comes from around the centre , nearside, where parcel tray meets centre binacle, fair pours in.

I fitted some more LED's to mine and also fitted the siren speaker. Checked tyre pressures and added a bit of air to one of my rears.
