Finally finished cutting, welding, grinding and sanding my chassis. And got some primer on it. Hopefully get some colour on it tomorrow :)

After last nights session, there are a few patches of surface rust on the front crossmember, going to nip them in the bud while Im painting up the other bits.

Here it is degreased, washed and dried

Crossmember is now primed, forgot to take pics:eek: Here are the brackets cleaned up and ready to paint

Stripped front drums to try and replace wheel studs. Only to find the holes in the flange are threaded. Had to weld nuts on to old studs. So need to find new flanges for AVM hubs. Remounted bulkhead.
