Oh I did but they'd sneak back on. The scarer works, worth every penny...until the battery goes flat, that is.

The worst was when I had my Beemer 320. It was black and pristine. Came out one morning to find 8 claw marks on the wing where one of the 7 neighbouring cats had lost its grip trying to get on the bonnet. Man, I was ****ed off hence the new scarer when Silver came along. Neighbours also know if I catch them on my Landy they will be removed...pronto.

i bet those scratches were cat astrophic.:D

treated it to a new timming belt, water pump and front crank oil seal!

I,m now a few hundred quid lighter!:(

From what the garage have said the boys at MRM specilaist vehicles made a hash of the last belt change.

oil and filter change and a new fuel, air filter, swivel grease, topped up axles and replaced some ratty cord on the canvas tilt.

whilst changing the oil filter i made the school boy error of dropping it and it landed right in the oil drain pan i used - cue me getting covered in used engine oil and ruining me garage floor :(

Paid for the repairs for the clutch etc today :( but as it was £100 less than i'd saved decided to treat the beast ( well treat me really) to getting the brakes sorted finally. They squeel that loud that the kids can hear me two streets away as i turn into the road...noise is bloody deafening ....dont know if they just need a clean and bit of copper grease on them or if i need new pads...will find out tomorrow i guess, when i get the bill

Five days ago I took mine to be rechassised and I'm suffering dreadfully from withdrawal symptons! Just can't wait for his return next week.

Whoop Whoop , wheel bearing all done and CV joint and central locking motor all replaced sooooo ...finally i get to have a go at the diff guards and steering guard ....pass me the spanners , i'm going in..:D
