Just changed the exhaust, including a straight through middle section. Thank god for rust otherwise the old one would have been attached to nothing.

Fitted my bling steering wheel:)

any probs with it red??

Nope apart from still having to go from 2nd/4th straight to reverse If I wanna go backwards. Everything else is fine same speed range for the same revs as before I did the clutch. not overheating no clutch slip. nothing different at all

Gotta pull the engine & gearbox off the disco so gonna salvage clutch, pushrod, fork, and spigot bearing etc and if necessary I'll transplant them into the 110.

Today I've mostly hit the rear crossmember with a ball pein hammer and done this to it

Luckily I've fabbed up some repair sections at work earlier this week as in not in a position to buy a rear crossmember with extensions ATM

New crossmember made up for the middle where I have to chop out the old box in order for the LT230 to fit in.
IIRC is 120x100x5mm box and then I used 6mm plate for the ends, simple enough, chop the box 12mm too small then the 6mm plate makes up the difference

Also started making up the gearbox adaptor as I've been a bit busy til now, looking good so far and I'll get a pic up later tonight as I've left it in the boot of my car

Very pretty but why 5mm box and 6mm plates considering the wall thickness of the rest of the chassis?
