Getting p****d off with trying to sort the brakes out for the mot.

Hi mate, sorry I was a bit vague on the phone but I was half p1ssed and loosing money at Bangor races:D

Are you sure its not adjustment if they were ok before?
If not then prob the master cylinder, I have a servo on the old 110 bulkhead if you want to try that you can have it.

Pity the Disco master cylinder wont fit cause I got two spare:rolleyes:

I managed to get a used servo and master cylinder today and was exactly the same I think it could be the front flexi hoses as they are all cracked and have seen better days.

To late I've ordered standard ones now but hopefully they will be better than what's on it as I'm getting bored with it now as it needs to be ready for Saturday.

They'll be ok mate, hope that fixes the problem, have you tried crimping the hoses near the top and trying the pedal to see if it is hard, that'll tell you if hoses are ballooning as fluid doesn't get to hoses.:)

No but that's a good idea I never thought of that.

made me and my mate straight through centre sections and roughly made myself a side exit surprisingly mine is alot louder than my mates yet they are both 200tdi any idea why this would be?

Guessing just different ages of engine,
My 200tdi is near on 200k and my turbo whistles like you would not believe, sounds sexy with straight through side exit.
Much louder than mates 200 with straight through.

his is H reg on 214000 mine is L reg on 158000 also my centre section is collar at the front sleeve at the back his is 2 collars. I will let you guys work out which we were cursing at trying to split them

Turned the top hinge pin over on the rear door so that it's the right way up, fitted new headlight surrounds and upgraded to Halogen headlights.

Towed pony to see her vet in Newmarket today for a check up. Soooo glad I have aircon (my old D1 didn't), however, pony wasnt too happy in the ol' tin can behind!! Sweaty Betty. :5bredface:
